). This Change Order modifies 
certain sections of Task Order No. 26 to Contract No. 2022003.22
Task Order , with those 
sections not expressly modified remaining in full effect pursuant to their terms. 
CONTRACT CHANGES:
1.
Article 2
Schedule of Completion of Services, is amended by extending the
completion date for services and deliverables from on or before June 30, 2025, to on or before
December 31, 2025.
2.
Article 3
Fee Breakdown, is amended by increasing the total not to exceed
amount by $99,865.00, from $149,720.00 to $249,585.00.
3.
Exhibit A
Consultant s Proposal, is amended by incorporating the additional
services as set forth in Exhibit 1 of Change Order #1.
RECITALS:
The City and Consultant entered into Task Order No. 26 under Contract No. 2022003.22 dated 
February 18, 2025. Pursuant to which Consultant was to provide consulting services to update 
the City s Engineering Design Standards with an expiration date of June 30, 2025, and a not-to-
exceed amount of $149,720.00.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS:
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Task Order, the Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that 
order.  
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
