ACTION/MOTION: (This language identifies the formal motion to be made by the Council) 
Council to take action on the Cooperative Contract Purchase Addendum (CCPA No. 32500001) between
the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and Ricoh USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, to
provide equipment, products and services; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the CCPA on
behalf of the City of Buckeye.
SUMMARY
BENEFITS:
To maintain operational support of the mail room, purchase new and replacement hardware and for the
support and maintenance of existing equipment.
FUTURE ACTION:
No further action anticipated.  
FINANCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
With contractual increases and growth, it is anticipated that the average annual expenditure will be
approximately $320,000 with a 5-year total amount anticipated at approximately $1,600,000.
