Buckeye Police Department
• The Buckeye Police Department compared 
data along Monroe Ave. through 
downtown before and after restriping
• Studying the impact to public safety, 
specifically:
• Speeding citations
• Accidents
• Response times

(for the first nine months)

• Determined the restriping did not have a

• Safety is top priority & frequently 
expressed community concern

• Findings support installation of a HAWK
