Approval of Minutes for March 19, 2025
Madee Guy motioned to approve the meeting minutes for March 19, 2025, Lizbeth Ortiz
Seconded.

Public Speaking Practice/Welcome Buckeye Youth Council Applicants
Council got into pairs, and was prompted “What would you do if you were the leaders of BYC” and had
to incorporate silly props as their selling point.
4.
Committee Work
Council was split into their committees; community outreach has their art walk event on April
26th.

Volunteer Events/Opportunities
Community Culture Artwalk on April 26th, Council members talked about past
experiences of the senior center egg painting and senior center prom.
6.
Comments from the Buckeye Youth Councilmembers
Sarah promoted and gave information on how to run for the executive team.

Adjournment
There being no further business to discuss, Haylee Mosher, Vice Chair adjourned the meeting
at 6:51 PM.
