Council to take action on Resolution No. 12-25 approving the extinguishment of a portion of that certain
public utility easement (PUE) described within the instrument entitled Final Plat of Buckeye Parkway
Center, recorded at Instrument No. 2007-1041087, Maricopa County Recorder (MCR), and replat of
Buckeye Parkway Center, recorded at Instrument No. 2024-0640804, MCR, situated generally in the
south half of the northeast quarter of Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 2 West, Gila and Salt River
Base and Meridian, Buckeye, Arizona.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Extinguish an unnecessary portion of a public utility easement (PUE) within private property (Home
Depot site within Buckeye Commons, formerly known as Buckeye Parkway Center) that serves no public
purpose. PUE is eight feet in width and is recorded at Instrument Number 2007-1041087, Maricopa
County Recorder (MCR) as replatted in Instrument number 2024-0640804, MCR, situated in a portion of
Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 2 West, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian.
