ACTION/MOTION: (This language identifies the formal motion to be made by the Council) 
Council to take action on the On-Call Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 2025150) between
the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and IES Communications, LLC, a Delaware
limited liability company, related to the design and installation of structured cabling systems for
telecommunications infrastructure; and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Buckeye.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Under this On-Call Professional Services Agreement IES Communications is to provide support to the
Information Technology Department in the following areas: Category 3: Low Voltage Cabling and
Installation. May include but not limited to the following services: Design and installation of structured
cabling systems for telecommunications infrastructure Wi-Fi, TV Cabling and IP Technology Systems
Installation of new systems and upgrades to current systems Installation of CCTV or IP Video systems,
intrusion systems and access control systems Design and Installation of alarm systems Design and
Installation of Audio Visual systems Working knowledge of State and National code requirements and
Licensing. 
BENEFITS:
Having an On-Call Professional Services Agreement in place for Information Technology services
streamlines the procurement process and allows for expeditious project execution for Category 3: Low
Voltage Cabling and Installation.
FUTURE ACTION:
Projects identified under this On-Call Professional Services Agreement will be awarded via Task Orders
to IES Communications. Depending upon the project-cost as identified in a given Task Order, the Task
Order may require City Council approval.
The initial term of this Professional Agreement is through February 28, 2026.  The Agreement may be
renewed for up to four (4) successive one-year terms, with the City's approval.
FINANCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
Until individual Task Orders are issued, no cost implications or encumbrances.
CURRENT FISCAL YEAR TOTAL COST:
As funded and developed per Task Order (per project).  Estimated total cost per fiscal year not-to-
exceed $500,000.
