ARTICLE 1
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Consultant shall provide civil engineering and design services for the Downtown Storm Drain
Construction project, as more fully set forth in
hereto as Exhibit A
.
ARTICLE 2
SCHEDULE OF COMPLETION OF SERVICES
The Consultant shall commence work upon the issuance by the City of a Notice to Proceed and
complete the services and deliverables on or before sixty-eight (68) weeks from the effective
date of the Notice to Proceed, unless this Task Order is earlier terminated pursuant to the terms
and conditions of the Contract.
ARTICLE 3
FEE BREAKDOWN
Consultant shall be paid in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in the Contract. The total
cost to complete the Work shall not exceed Four Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Four Hundred
Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($455,450.00), as set forth in Exhibit A.
ARTICLE 4
ADDITIONAL TERMS
This Task Order is subject to the terms and requirements of the Contract and may be canceled
pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.

If there is any discrepancy between the terms and conditions of this Task Order, the Contract,
and Exhibit A to this Task Order, the documents shall govern in that order.
