Council to take action on the request for a new Series 012 Restaurant Liquor License (Application No.
331631) for Over Easy, located at 1045 North Verrado Way, Suite 107, in Buckeye.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Over Easy is requesting approval for a Series 012 Restaurant Liquor License Application for their
business located at 1045 N. Verrado Way #107 in Buckeye. The application and public notice were
legally posted and approved by staff. The business is located in the Buckeye Planning area and will pay
Buckeye taxes. Title 4 of the Arizona Revised Statutes does not require the consideration of liquor
licenses to be held in a public hearing or listed on the Non-Consent Agenda.
BENEFITS:
The city will continue to collect sales tax and revenue from liquor sales.
FUTURE ACTION:
After Council approval, the application will be forwarded by the City Clerk's Office to the Arizona
Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for final approval.
FINANCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
The city will continue to collect sales tax and revenue from liquor sales.
