RESOLUTION OF AMENDMENT Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Public Utility Easement Redilineation Resolution Amending Leisure World Plat 26 to Redilineate a Public Utility Easement Case Number: S2023001 March 1, 2023 BE IT RESOLVED by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors as follows: WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors as the governing body of Maricopa County, in order to conserve and promote the public health, safety, convenience, and general welfare, has the authority pursuant to Title 11, Chapter 6, Article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes (as amended) to plan and provide for future growth to coordinate public investments regarding matters of planning, zoning, and subdivision platting, and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has the authority to accept or reject offers of dedication of private property by easement, deed, subdivision plat or other lawful means, WHEREAS, the utility access will be maintained within Lot 2728 (APN 141-56-635) and all applicable utility providers have provided approval of building encroachment into the Easement, Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors by this resolution herby indicates that Maricopa County has no objection to building encroachment into the Easement to a location as shown on the site plan for construction permit B202213585.
