11/09/2021 – Parcel offered for sale at Tax Deeded Land Auction. Did not sell.

02/01/2022 – List of parcels “State held” by tax deed updated with this parcel included.
12/05/2022 – Received offer from Sierra Gray on parcel # 301-68-152 for $150.00.
Ms. Gray walked in her offer. I made sure she was aware of parcel size,
shape and location. I also made sure she knew any CC&R or easements
would carry over.
01/09/2023 -- Mailed out notification letters to all adjacent owners. Set submittal
deadline for counter offers as FEB 5, 2023.
01/23/2023 – Mr Tal (?) with BWF Investments called asking about letter. Told him
deadline is Feb 5th.
