The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A.
The expiration date shall be extended to February 28, 2025.
B.
The Agreement amount is not to exceed $1,150,000 for the remainder of the contract.
II.
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
