These revisions reflect changes that have occurred since the item was continued from the May 5, 2026 City Council Policy Session. Additionally, Attachment A - Policy Session City Council Action Items, under Mayor and City Council Public Safety Improvement Action Item #20 is corrected to read as follows: Draft policies for Youth Interactions and Interactions with Individuals Experiencing Homelessness are complete with an anticipated go-live date of September & October 2026, respectively. Approved: CU’ Ed Zuercher City Manager
