Center Street Mesa, AZ 85201 Project Narrative Mountain America Federal Credit Union (MACU) is a financial institution looking to serve its members by expanding further in the City of Mesa area. The branch building design is planned to be a 5,434 sf building footprint which includes offices and spaces for conducting financial transactions. The drive-up canopy is planned to be 717 sf footprint. The footprint has been designed to service member’s banking needs within the location area and designed to accommodate up to 17 employees to service those needs. Also included will be a drive thru with one (1) dedicated drive-thru teller lane and one (1) dedicated drive-thru ATM lane. MACU has determined through past experience that during peak times the drive-thru need will require two (2) lanes in order to meet the appropriate demand. MACU’s hours of operation are 9am-6pm M-F and 9Yam-3pm on Saturday (closed Sunday). There is also a facilities building onsite. This building will be a support building for the facilities management team; who maintain the branches in the greater Phoenix area. This building will provide a small on-site storage for extra furniture or marketing materials. It will have a small shop space in the garage for minor fixing of broken equipment. It has two (2) offices for facilities team personnel. The garage will hold maintenance vehicles. MACU would like to break ground by winter 2025.
