The City Manager’s Office requests approval to revise Item #3 from the June 3 Public
Safety and Justice Subcommittee agenda regarding the referenced item number. This
memo clarifies and corrects the item number cited in the Executive Session statement
to be reflected as follows:

The Subcommittee May vote to discuss Item 3 in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S.
Section 38-431(A){1); -_ (A)(1); and 38-431.03(A)(3).
