Event festivities and fun will be held everywhere, with the beer garden in the Courtyard Area. Beer Garden: Beer Garden will be in the Courtyard Area at Bill Gentry Park. Beer Garden is family- friendly and open to all ages, but alcohol purchases at the bar tent are only for ages 21+. See next pages of diagrams for beer garden details. El Mirage, AZ 85335 Event Perimeter Alcohol Security and Control Plan (For Liquor License) Security and Control Measures: This Courtyard Area has some permanent fencing (3’ block wall) and some open area, where we will add orange fencing to close it off – This area will be used to contain alcohol consumption within this perimeter. Bar tent will be a 10’x10’ tent to serve alcohol, bartenders will perform ID check and wristband on those 21+ years of age, (6) ProEm security guards will be securing event perimeter along fencing and (4) fence openings. (2) or more Police will be roaming and monitoring activity as well. Security Personnel: 6 total • (4) One at each fence opening passage • (1) One watching the orange fenced closed opening • (1) One near bar and watching the nearby orange fenced closed opening, and able to assist in ID check and wristband as necessary (bartenders will take lead) Police: 2+ • (2) Four+ police officers roaming SECURITY: Alcohol Perimeter Control Beer Garden Area Square Footage: 10,450 W S + N E Alcohol to be served and stored out of the “bar” green bar tent; see next diagram for bar tent details.
