Target Learning Solutions (Vector) is able to supply the Police Department with multiple products to cover all aspects of training, scheduling, data management, and support. The current three-year contract is up for renewal in September 2026. The Police Department has been with Target Learning Solutions (Vector) for three years, has invested time, energy, funds, and training into implementing and maintaining this program, and it would cost additional time and funds to start anew with another company. These are the reasons no additional quotes are attached. We now request that Council approve another three-year contract with Target Learning Solutions (Vector).
