RESOLUTION NO. 12556 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA, ARIZONA, DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK AND TITLED “OPTION 1: SECTION 11-31-40: FLEET-BASED SERVICES.” Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Arizona, as follows: Section 1: That certain document titled “Option 1: Section 11-31-40: Fleet Services,” three copies of which are on file with the City Clerk, is hereby declared a public record, and said copies are ordered to remain on file and available for public use and inspection at the Office of the City Clerk at 20 E. Main Street, Suite 150, Mesa, Arizona. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Arizona, this 20th day of July, 2026.
