Timeline of activity:
12/02/2019 – Treasurer’s Office forecloses on two other parcels in development. This 
 prompts Mrs. Pomeroy to inquire about the remaining parcels with
 delinquent taxes.
05/31/2019 – The Pomeroy’s, acting on behalf of the HOA, begin paying delinquent
 taxes starting with 2017 tax year.
09/16/2021 – Treasurer Allen speaks with Mrs. Pomeroy about options for HOA to
 acquire the remaining two common area parcels to ensure taxes are
 paid and not foreclosed on by private investors. Parcel 218-04-173 will
 become eligible for administrative foreclosure in 2022.
12/19/2022 – Tax foreclosure completed, Treasurer’s Deeds were signed; back 
 were taxes abated and any liens voided.
12/30/2022 -- Treasurer’s Deed recorded conveying parcel to state.
05/01/2023 --
05/04/2023 – Parcel offered for sale at Tax Deeded Land Auction. Did not sell.

07/07/2023 – received offer from EL TESORO HOA president Wanda Pomeroy on 
parcel # 218-04-173 for $10.00.
No need for notification letters since all six owners in development are aware of HOA’s 
actions.
