The purpose of this memo is to provide recommendations for appointments to the 
following Boards and Commissions: 
Audit Committee  
I recommend the following for appointment: 
Kathryn Gregory 
Ms. Gregory replaces Kathleen Gitkin as the Finance Director. 
Development Advisory Board 
I recommend the following for appointment: 
Penny Allee Taylor 
Ms. Allee Taylor is a retiree and resident of District 6. She fills a vacancy as a 
Neighborhood Interest representative for a term to expire August 26, 2029.  
Environmental Quality and Sustainability Commission 
I recommend the following for appointment:  
Eric Massey 
Mr. Massey is the Director of Environmental Policy at Arizona Public Service. He fills a 
vacancy for a term to expire August 26, 2029.
Steven Olea 
Mr. Olea is the Special Advisor to the Commission at the Arizona Corporation 
Commission and a resident of District 4. He fills a vacancy for a term to expire August 
26, 2029. 
Fire Safety Advisory Board 
I recommend the following for appointment:

Chavonne Yee 
Ms. Yee is the Chief of Regulatory Development at Viridi Parente and a resident of 
District 3. She fills a vacancy as the Construction Contractor representative for a term to 
expire August 26, 2030.  
 
Maryvale Village Planning Committee 
 
Councilwoman Betty Guardado recommends the following for appointment:  
 
Susan Estby 
Ms. Estby is a student at Arizona State University and a resident of District 5. She fills a 
vacancy for a term to expire August 26, 2028.  
 
Neighborhood Block Watch Fund Oversight Committee 
 
I recommend the following for appointment: 
 
Warren Brewer 
Commander Brewer replaces Lieutenant Ann Justus as the Phoenix Police Department 
representative.  
 
Phoenix Arts and Culture Commission 
 
I recommend the following for appointment: 
 
Phil Dunlap 
Mr. Dunlap is the Director of the City of Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture and will serve 
in the ex-officio position.  
 
Phoenix Deferred Compensation/Post Employment Health Plan Boards 
 
City Manager Ed Zuercher and I recommend the following for reappointment: 
 
Darrell Kriplean 
Mr. Kriplean will serve a fifth term to expire August 26, 2028.  
 
Brian Moore 
Mr. Moore will serve a fifth term to expire August 26, 2028.  
 
Lori Roediger 
Ms. Roediger will serve a fourth term to expire August 26, 2028.
