04/10/2023 – Mailed out notification letters to all immediately adjacent parcel owners.
04/13/2023 – Rosario Rubio called asking about offer. I told her she most likely has an
easement according per the plat and her initial deed.
04/18/2023 – Mike(?) with Washington School District called about letter. I informed him 
any CC&R’s, zoning or use codes would remain in place.
