Mr. Schepers,

IC Bus Manufacturing Company has been very challenged with the world’s supply
chain issues and raw manufacturing production. The original major event that
started the delay of manufacturing was the worldwide effect of the COVID
disease. This delayed the mining, processing, and delivery of products. Anew
delay in the manufacturing is the conflict in Europe. As a result, there have been
significant shortages in many raw materials including steel, rubber, and oil.

The above issues continue to present major challenges to the manufacturing of all
products and have caused significant delays in the manufacturing process. Due to
these events IC Bus has not been at the standard production rate in the past. The
IC RE bus that Yuma Transportation has ordered with us is delayed till September
2023 for delivery. There is a chance we could deliver in August 2023 but no later
than September. RWC Group and IC Bus are doing everything possible to deliver
your new bus in a timely fashion. Thank you for your continued patience.
