THE ABOVE REFERENCED AGREEMENT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
1. In accordance with Intergovernmental Agreement (Section 1, Term, Page 3), the
contract term is extended from February 19, 2023 through February 18, 2024. The
Agreement, as amended, is subject to the provisions of A.R.S. 38-511.
There is one (1) additional option year to extend.
2. In accordance with Intergovernmental Agreement (Section 11, 11.1, Charge or
Rebate) The following updated Price Schedule replaces the existing Price Schedule.
