P-26-4-PZ Public Hearing Tim eline: Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing: April 28th, 2026 Requested P&Z Continuance to May Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing: May 26th, 2026 Requested additional P&Z Continuance to June and City Council Continuance to July City Council Public Hearing June 16, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing: June 23rd, 2026 P&Z Commission recommended denial by a 7-0 vote City Council Work Session: July 6th, 2026 Requested additional City Council Continuance to August/September Updates • To address the concerns expressed by the public, planning and zoning commission and city council, the applicant has updated the plans in the following ways: • Parking – Zoning minimums have been met, no deviation required • Inclusion of additional amenity spaces, playground, etc. • Adjustments to the building elevations through more muted colors • Additionally, the applicant held a second neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, with 5 attendees, and continued public outreach to ensure the neighborhood was aware of the plan changes. • Many of the letters of support previously provided have been updated with new signatures and reference to the updated plans.
