Box 1466 Mesa, AZ 85211-1466 APN: 134-24-008F SE ¼, Sec. 33, T1N, R5E /ji TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT In consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I or we, Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, as Grantor(s), hereby grant the CITY OF MESA, an Arizona municipal corporation, as Grantee, its contractors, employees, or authorized agents, the right to temporarily enter upon the hereinafter referred to land situated in Maricopa County, Arizona, description shown below, in order to use said land during the period of construction. SEE EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF This temporary construction easement shall terminate 30 days after completion of the construction. Prior to termination of the easement the Grantee shall restore the premises, as near as is reasonably possible, to its condition prior to the utilization of the easement and leave the same free and clear of all construction debris and materials.
