We live directly south of 16915 S. 173rd Way in Gilbert and believe the new home would be a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. This Gilbert area has seen an increasing demand for affordable housing, including those for seniors. The proposal for this home fills that need for this couple. Bringing in new neighbors into our community will make excellent use of available land and help support local businesses, in addition to our HOA. I hope the county will recognize the benefits of allowing this home to be built and move ahead with the approval. We look forward to welcoming Terry and Nancy into our small county island.
