My wife & I own the property next door to the west of 16915 S. 173rd Way Gilbert. Our address is 17309
E. Saragosa St. Gilbert. We have lived here for 20 years. We are wriƟng this leƩer in support of allowing
our neighbors to obtain a setback variance to build a casita for their parents as submiƩed. We feel this
would not have any negaƟve impact on the neighborhood, & infact may help increase property values.
