Often there is very little programming and staff are disrespectful. Set up a working group to ensure quality among the guards, so that security secures also the safety of the residents, not just staff. Quality control security guards. Consult an outside expert to tour and report on areas of ADA noncompliance in facilities. Repair of redesign all facilities to be fully ADA accessible. d6E6
