PROPOSED MOTION: I move to approve contract PW23-RFP-GIS01 as presented. BACKGROUND: The City has identified the development of accurate graphical information system (GIS) resources as a special project for FY24 (Activity #42430). In order to obtain a scope of work for the project and evaluate as many feasible options as possible, the Public Works department worked with the Finance department to conduct a request for proposals PW23-RFP-GIS01. The contract was advertised and the RFP's were received in August. The evaluation committee completed the selection process and the notice(s) of intent to award (NOI) were published to the City's procurement system. General contract terms are for three years with two (2), one-year renewal options. This item seeks approval of the base contract PW23-RFP-GIS01 the selected vendors. When jobs are sought, each project will be individually negotiated with the selected vendor using the approved base contract.
