Page 1 of 2 Rev. 8-12 Reference Number: F7256039 CHANGE ORDER No. 1 This Change Order No. 1 to the Purchase Order dated 04/08/2026 City of Chandler AZ Terracon Consultants, Inc. City of Chandler FCA Project, as described in Agreement For Consulting Services. This Change Order is incorporated into and made part of the Agreement. 1. Scope of Services. The scope of the additional or changed Services is described below. Assessment Scope The Consultant shall perform facility condition assessment (FCA) services for an additional 36 buildings, totaling 1,046,756 square feet, as discussed with . The assessments will follow the same scope of services and scope exclusions established for the main project and as detailed in our revision 2 to the original proposal, PF7256039, submitted to the Client January 29, 2026. The 36 buildings to be included in the Phase 2 assessments as a part of this Change Order are listed in Table 1 below. Terracon shall also provide the following additional deliverables to the Client: a final executive PDF report, individual building PDF reports, an Excel requirements sheet, and updated data for the BI dashboard for buildings assessed in Phase 1 and 2. 2. Compensation. Client shall pay compensation for the additional or changed Services performed at the fees stated below.
