Project Narrative - Parking Plan July 20, 2026 Case Number: PLH25-0001 ReZamp Offices #2 & #3 Request: Rezoning to add adult daycare to existing uses 456 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85225 484 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85225 The properties include concrete parking slabs on the north side of the buildings, adjacent to the back alley. There is also easy access for each property to Chandler Blvd. Total of provided parking spaces: 18 spaces, including two ADA compliant space (spaces 15 and 18). See attached site plan. Total parking--4462 sqft. Parking will not be an issue with the proposed rezoning to include an adult day care facility. Most individuals do not drive and will be transported to and from the facility by scheduled buses or vans, significantly reducing the need for individual parking spaces and minimizing traffic impacts.
