Helen Theriault, District 5. Ms. Theriault is a public sector account executive at Level 3 Audiovisual. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in homeland security and emergency management from Columbia Southern University. Her partial term will expire June 30, 2027. Human Relations Advisory Board – Eleven-member board including new appointments. Emmilean Cardoza, District 4. Ms. Cardoza is a senior mortgage processor for Bank of America. She earned an associate’s degree in business from Pima Community College. Her partial term will expire June 30, 2027. Evelyn Herrmann, District 4. Ms. Herrmann is the owner/operator of Home Sweet Home Property Care, LLC, which specializes in short-term rental management. Her partial term will expire June 30, 2029. Mary Teresa Marshall, District 6. Ms. Marshall is a child welfare program manager with Arizona’s Children Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Nazarene College. Her partial term will expire June 30, 2029.
