Buckeye Youth Council Portrait Photos Councilmembers were sent to take their BYC headshots. 3. Approval of Minutes Raelynn Miller motioned to approve the minutes from the August 5, 2026 BYC Meeting. Thomas 1 Durate seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Team Building Exercises Savannah and Emmelyne moderated the activity. Each person pairs with a partner, given a piece of paper with 2 questions to choose from. Each of the teams went up and presented what the questions were and the other person's answer. 5. Debrief on League of Arizona Cities and Towns 2026 Conference The attendees of the conference shared their own experiences of this conference. 6. JustServe How-To Jaden goes over the JustServe website; how to create an account, how to find local volunteer opportunities, and how to sign up. 7. Upcoming Events Discussion Lena and Jaden went over the upcoming events. Jaden went over how to use the tracking sheet. 8. Comments from the Buckeye Youth Councilmembers Jaden pitched the idea for lunches with the council members. Jaden talked about the purpose of subcommittees and quorums. 9.
