New Reservation and Software Implementation
PROSE has officially launched a new reservation software from Kaizen Labs! A partial rollout
began April 1st, opening online ramada reservations to the public. In May, the four recreation
centers came online beginning with Hal Jensen Recreation Center and Joe C. Montoya
Community and Senior Center, followed by Jay Lively Activity Center and the
Aquaplex as they reopened after their annual
maintenance closures. The upgraded system
gives users greater control and convenience,
allowing them to manage their accounts
from any device. Features include lap lane
reservations, membership sales and
renewals, program registrations, and facility
reservations.
We could not have completed this without
help from Finance and IT. We extend our
gratitude for their continued support
throughout this transition.

RECREATION RECREATION
Chillin’ in the Pines Hockey Tournament - D Division
PROSE staff hosted the second weekend of our 10th Annual Chillin’ in the Pines Hockey Classic,
marking another milestone in a tournament that has grown so significantly we now split it into
two weekends to meet the demand. This year, the D Division was so large that, for the first time,
it was divided into a Recreational and a Competitive level. In the Competitive D Division, eight
teams battled fiercely for a spot in the championship, with the race coming down to a dramatic
three‑way tie. The Patriots ultimately secured the title once again, earning back‑to‑back
championships. In the Recreational D Division, the Cambonis team, participating in this
tournament for the third time, finally made a strong run to the championship and proudly lifted
the cup. This division featured players from across Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and even Texas,
showcasing the tournament’s growing reach. Teams are already lining up for next year, and our
staff is reviewing feedback to make the Chillin’ in the Pines Hockey Classic even better.
