Jenifer Weskalnies Ms. Weskalnies will serve a second term to expire October 7, 2029. Phoenix Arts and Culture Commission I recommend the following for appointment: Gaby Cardenas Ms. Cardenas is the CEO of the Colibri Collective and a resident of District 4. She fills a vacancy for a term to expire September 30, 2029. Phoenix Deferred Compensation/Post Employment Health Plan Boards City Manager Ed Zuercher and I recommend the following for appointment: Mayra Baquera Ms. Baquera replaces Scott Steventon as the City of Phoenix Employees’ Retirement Plan Administrator. Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Fire Pension Board I recommend the following for appointment as Chair: Mayra Baquera Ms. Baquera is the City of Phoenix Retirement Programs Director and replaces Scott Steventon as Chair. Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Police Pension Board I recommend the following for appointment as Chair: Mayra Baquera Ms. Baquera is the City of Phoenix Retirement Programs Director and replaces Scott Steventon as Chair. Vision Zero Community Advisory Committee Councilwoman Ann O’Brien recommends the following for appointment: Ann Edington Ms. Edington is a Substitute Teacher at ESI and a resident of District 1. She fills a vacancy for a term to expire October 7, 2028.
