Dear Mayor Wilson and Members of the City Council:
As you know, our firm represents Bela Flor Communities, the developer of the approximate
±9.31-gross acre site located on the northeast corner of Idaho Road and Junction Street in the City
of Apache Junction, which is the subject of the above-referenced CUP request.
On behalf of our client, we respectfully request that this zoning case be continued from the
October 6, 2026, meeting of the Apache City Council to the November 17, 2026, meeting of the
City Council, which will allow our team the ability to continue working with the City on the
project.
Please share a copy of this continuance request letter with anyone who inquires about the
case, and we will do the same.
