PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Carioca Shell #22 is requesting approval for a Series Series 010 (Beer and Wine Store) Liquor License
Application for their business located at 26594 West MC 85, in Buckeye. The application and public
notice were legally posted and the application has been reviewed and approved by required
departments. The business is located in the Buckeye Planning area and will pay Buckeye taxes. Title 4
of the Arizona Revised Statutes does not require the consideration of liquor licenses to be held in a
public hearing or listed on the Non-Consent Agenda.
BENEFITS:
The city will collect sales tax and revenue from liquor sales.
FUTURE ACTION:
After Council approval, the application will be forwarded by the City Clerk's Office to the Arizona
Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for final approval.
