Chicago St., Chandler, AZ Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hartke at 4:01 p.m. Roll Call Council Attendance Appointee Attendance Mayor Kevin Hartke John Pombier, City Manager Vice Mayor Angel Encinas Deryck R. Lavelle, City Attorney Councilmember Jane Poston Jennifer Ekblad, City Clerk Councilmember Christine Ellis Councilmember Matt Orlando *Councilmember OD Harris Councilmember Jennifer Hawkins *Councilmember Harris attended virtually. Staff in Attendance Tadd Wille, Assistant City Manager Dawn Lang, Deputy City Manager / Chief Financial Officer Leah Powell, Deputy City Manager Ryan Peters, Deputy City Manager Kim Moyers, Cultural Development Director Lauren Peterson, Downtown Redevelopment Program Manager Kevin Mayo, Acting Development Services Director Thomas Allen, Assistant City Attorney Set an Executive Session 1. Contracts, Property--A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(7) - Discussion and consultation with legal counsel for legal advice to consider the city's position and instruct its representatives regarding a possible amendment to the city's development agreement with One Chandler Owner, LLC, which governs the development of approximately 2.8 acres of real property located at the south-east corner of Chandler Blvd and Arizona Ave, including a possible approve of assignment of rights and obligations under the development agreement to SAM CDT I, LLC. Action Agenda Motion and Vote Councilmember Ellis moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Hawkins. Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
