ATTACHMENT A THIS IS A DRAFT COPY ONLY AND IS NOT AN OFFICIAL COPY OF THE FINAL, ADOPTED RESOLUTION RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2025 GENERAL PLAN FOR PHOENIX, APPLICATION GPA-CC-SM-2- 26-7-8 FOR THE SITE DESCRIBED HEREIN. ____________ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX, as follows: SECTION 1. The 2025 Phoenix General Plan, which was adopted by Resolution 22191, is hereby amended by adopting GPA-CC-SM-2-26-7-8. The approximately 4,364 acres generally bounded by Interstate 17 on the north, 32nd Street on the east, Broadway Road on the south, and 19th Avenue on the west is designated as provided in the Proposed Change Map herein. SECTON 2. The Planning and Development Director is instructed to modify the 2025 Phoenix General Plan to reflect the land use classification changes as shown below: -1- Resolution -2- Resolution PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 21st day of October 2026.
