ATTACHMENT A THIS IS A DRAFT COPY ONLY AND IS NOT AN OFFICIAL COPY OF THE FINAL, ADOPTED RESOLUTION RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2025 GENERAL PLAN FOR PHOENIX, APPLICATION GPA-EST-1-26- 7, CHANGING THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION FOR THE PARCEL DESCRIBED HEREIN. ____________ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX, as follows: SECTION 1. The 2025 Phoenix General Plan, which was adopted by Resolution 22191, is hereby amended by adopting GPA-EST-1-26-7. The 77.49 acres located at the southeast corner of 63rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road is designated as 27.48 acres of Mixed Use / Commercial and 50.01 acres of Mixed Use / Commerce/Business Park. SECTON 2. The Planning and Development Director is instructed to modify the 2025 Phoenix General Plan to reflect this land use classification change as shown below: PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 21st day of October 2026.
