HFS26-16 for the asphalt concrete crushing services for a not to exceed amount of $402,489.03 including 10% contingency for unforeseens. Project is budgeted for this fiscal year through Highway User Revenue Fund (“HURF”) monies dedicated for the purpose of street construction and maintenance. This work was discussed with council at the June 15, 2026 City Council regular session under Public Works’ “Fiscal Year 2027 CIP & Street Maintenance Plan.” The work involves crushing and sizing recycled asphalt into aggregates to be used for various new construction and maintenance projects communicated in this Plan.
