We would like to thank the City for the progress made thus far with respect to moving these cases forward to public hearings. At this time, as we work toward final iterations of the development agreement associated with the Planned Area Development (PAD) and Community Master Plan (CMP) amendment cases, we respectfully request a continuance from the October 20, 2026 City Council hearing date to the November 3, 2026 City Council hearing date.
