This notice from Evergreen IWDD No. 78 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of
Trustees(s) that is to be held on November 18, 2026. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District
seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the 2026 election cancelled and
appoint Tom Lavel, Peter Vargas, and Jeremy Bohr, who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to
which he or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as Trustee(s) will be from January
1, 2027, to December 31, 2028.
