The final day for candidate nomination papers for Electrical District No. 6 (the “District”) directors’ election was Friday, September 25, 2026. As there are only two (2) board seats up for election this year, and only two (2) candidate petitions were filed for these positions, the District hereby requests that the Board of Supervisors cancel the January 9, 2027, directors’ election. Mr. Gantzel and Mr. Nevitt have filed nomination papers for each Director position; a copy of each is enclosed. Please place this matter on the agenda for next month’s formal Board of Supervisors’ meeting, which we understand will be held on October 21, 2026. Feel free to reach out to our office with any additional questions. Sincerely, CLARK HILL Quinne Daoust Enclosures clarkhill.com CLARKHILL\L0123\454352\300011669.v2-9/28/26
