REVISED BUDGET SCHEDULE
CITY OF CHANDLER, ARIZONA – HEAT RELIEF SERVICES
The City of Chandler is a subrecipient of MCDPH funding and is responsible for carrying out a portion of the Heat
Relief program. Amendment No. 2 reallocates $218,132.00 in carryover funding among approved budget line items
to support program implementation. This Amendment does not increase the total amount awarded under the
Agreement.
