RESOLUTION
CASITAS BONITAS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
ADJUSTMENT OF FEES
WHEREAS, the Casitas Bonitas Sanitary Sewer Improvement District was organized on June 12, 2002,
for the purposes of collecting, treating, and disposing of domestic wastewater from the properties within the
district boundary, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to collect fees from users within the district to provide for the adequate and
safe disposal of their domestic wastewater, and
WHEREAS, the laws of the State of Arizona authorize the Board of Directors of the Casitas Bonitas
Sanitary Sewer Improvement District to set fees to provide for said collection, treatment, and disposal
services; and
WHEREAS, prior to establishing said fees, the laws of the State of Arizona require a public hearing to be
held; and
WHEREAS, prior to the public hearing, notice of the hearing was posted in at least three places within the
District for not less than ten days prior to the hearing and was published in a newspaper of general
circulation within the District on October 8, 2026, and October 15, 2026, in accordance with the laws of the
State of Arizona.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Casitas Bonitas Sanitary Sewer
Improvement District, after proper notifications, publications, postings, and public hearing, does hereby set
fees in accordance with the attached “Schedule A”.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of the revised provisions of this Resolution shall be
the date of adoption.

“SCHEDULE A”
CASITAS BONITAS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
FEE SCHEDULE
The Board of Directors of Casitas Bonitas Sanitary Sewer Improvement District, duly organized
under Title 48, Chapter 6 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, is authorized by ARS 48-910 to establish
the following fees for the operation, maintenance, and replacement of facilities necessary to provide
for the treatment and disposal of wastewater from properties within the improvement district
boundary:
Description of Fee Fee (U.S. $)
1. Residential User Fee to LPSCO $ 65.91
This per-lot fee is the prevailing residential rate for
LPSCO customers, as established and approved by the
Arizona Corporation Commission.
2. Maintenance of District Sewer Facilities Fee $ 4.50
This per-lot fee is for repair and maintenance of existing
sewer lines within the Casitas Bonitas subdivision.
(NOTE: The Improvement District is responsible for
maintaining the main lines. Service connections
between the residence and the main line are the
responsibility of the homeowner.)
3. Billing & Fee Collection Services $ 4.30
This per-lot fee is the administrative cost of billing and
collecting payments from residents and making the
necessary payments to utilities and contractors.

Total Monthly Fee per Residential Lot = $ 74.71
Having provided the requisite notice to property owners within the Casitas Bonitas Sanitary Sewer
Improvement District, and following public hearing as required by law, the Board of Directors hereby
orders the fees established herein to be approved and authorizes their collection in accordance with
applicable statutes.
