RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA,
MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROJECT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MARICOPA ASSOCIATION OF
GOVERNMENTS AND THE CITY OF MESA FOR
REIMBURSEMENT UNDER THE ARTERIAL LIFE CYCLE
PROGRAM FOR THE COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE: U.S. 60 TO
SOUTHERN AVENUE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA,
MARICOPA COUNTY, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the Project Agreement with the Maricopa Association of Governments
for the Country Club Drive: U.S. 60 to Southern Avenue Project arterial improvement project of
the Arterial Life Cycle Program (RTP Project # ACI-CCB-20-03) and related reimbursement is
hereby approved, and the City of Mesa does accept all conditions therein.
Section 2: That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute the
Project Agreement and take such actions and execute any other such documents as are
necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Resolution, and the City Clerk is
authorized and directed to attest the signature of the City Manager, or his designated
representative, thereon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona,
