Dear Mr. Raju:
In Real Estate’s call to you on November 24, 2020, I informed you that the Maricopa County Board of
Supervisors is exercising its right to terminate Lease Agreement (MC10192) between Maricopa County
(as Landlord by assignment) and The Pressroom LLC (Lease). This letter serves as official notice of
the exercise of that right and notice that the Lease will be terminated no earlier than March 1, 2021. A
subsequent notice containing a specific termination date (“Termination Date”) will be sent to the”
Pressroom in the near future.
As we discussed, in light of the continuing COVID pandemic, Maricopa County will continue to honor
the rent payment schedule set forth in the Tenant Estoppel and Notice of New Landlord letter dated
November 6, 2020, which states a payment of $2,500.00 plus all applicable taxes per event, is due and
payable to the County no later than ten (10) days after the event date. Said payment schedule will stay
in effect through the Termination Date or until other arrangements are made. All other costs/payments
and requirements described in the Lease shall remain the same.
