does not have any relationship to the parcel in any way.
05/04/2021 – Mailed out notification letter to the only adjacent parcel owner along with
map and offer form.
05/05/2021 – received phone call from Andrea Johnson of CALIBER REALTY asking
about parcel on behalf of a client. I told her to look to COB website and
also Assessors mapping app online.
05/21/2021 – Received offer from Mr. DWIGHT PETE for $2,000.00. I called him to
verify his relationship to the parcel. He is NOT an adjacent owner nor lien
holder. He requested offer be rescinded and check returned when he
learned of dimensions.
05/24/2021 – I mailed back Mr. PETE’S offer check.
05/25/2021 – Mr. PETE’S son walked in with new cash offer on his behalf for $800.00.
