along with maps and offer forms.
05/07/2021 – Received phone call from Peggy Tomas owner of 141-63-064, asking
about letter.
05/10/2021 -- I returned Ms. Thomas’ phone call and let her know of her option to make
a counter-offer if she wishes and/or write a letter detailing her concerns. I
also let her know she could contact the COB office and gave her the ph#.
05/13/2021 – Received E-mail from Miriam Rose, co-owner of #141-63-879, asking
about the amount of offer and other questions. I responded to her
questions by E-mail 5/13.
06/04/2021 – Received phone call from Peggy Thomas, she left message asking for call
call back. I phoned back 6/7—she will E-mail me her concerns to pass on
