A675 A roadway alignment of varying width, together with all appurtenant rights, being consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for Dysart Road - Rose Lane Signalization, Project Number TT0643, on file with the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying in the Southwest quarter of Section 11, Township 2 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. The center line of said alignment is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of Rose Lane 55 feet east of the intersection of Rose Lane and Dysart Road; thence easterly, along said centerline to a point 25 feet east of the intersection of Rose Lane and 130th Avenue. Said road is known as Rose Lane from Dysart Road to 130th Avenue. General Vicinity: Dysart Road and Bethany Home Road in Supervisor District 4 and in an unincorporated area.
